Suffering from long-term illnesses--and being able to overcome them through nutrition and lifestyle---led her to explore alternatives for personal and professional transformation. She is the author of the best-seller “Healthy Planet, Healthy You” which shows how and why what we eat is ruining our wellbeing, the environment, and the chance for a healthy-giving planet for future generations.

Dr. Pamela Dragos, DVM, CVA, CVCHM, CVMMP

Dr. Pamela Dragos has been a veterinarian for 32 years. She owns and operates a holistic practice in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in small animal acupuncture, chiropractic, and herbal medicine. Dr. Dragos is vice president of the American College of Veterinary Botanical Medicine, treasurer of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and the Bengston Energy Healing Group.  Dr. Dragos helped formulate K9 Ancestral Diet, a raw commercial dog food. She maintains an extensive herbal apothecary and makes organic herbal tinctures by hand, in small batches, for pets. She loves helping pets enjoy longer, happier, and more comfortable lives with natural therapies, herbs, supplements, and nutrition.

Dr. Judy Jasek of Animal Healing Arts

Using the knowledge gained in her 30+ years of practicing, Dr. Judy has developed a unique whole-body approach to both treating and preventing cancer. She looks at the whole animal and supports the natural healing ability of the body with proper nutrition, detoxification, and eliminating the underlying causes of disease. She then uses tools such as ozone, herbs, CBD, essential oils, and whole food supplements to optimize the health of the body and help it to eliminate the disease.

Julie-Anne Thorne of Naturally Cats

Julie-Anne Thorne is a cat mum, holistic cat therapist, intuitive, author, reiki master and certified behaviourist.

She founded Naturally Cats to provide holistic help for cats and their guardians. Using a combination of environment enrichment, healing, soul connection, behaviour modification and botanical remedies she supports cats emotionally to reduce and remove problem behaviours.

She helps to educate feline guardians so they can provide for their cat and watch them thrive rather than simply survive. She connects with the family through the perspective of their cat and re-connecting the cat with their guardian is a key element of her work.

She has recently co-authored the first book of its kind, The Aromatic Cat which details how to use herbs, hydrosols and essential oils safely with cats. Julie-Anne believes that understanding the emotional state of a cat is key to supporting problem behaviours. And that through using botanical remedies the cat’s wellness can be balanced, which in turn affects it behaviour.

Julie-Anne uses a holistic approach when working with a cat looking at all elements that affect it such as (but not limited to) diet, nutrition, environment, resources and family relationships.

Her mission is #givingcatsavoice

Dr. Ava Frick

Using veterinary medicine, chiropractic, physiotherapy, nutrition, exercise, and micro-current therapies with animals, Dr. Ava Frick is a unique leader in the veterinary field making it possible to achieve higher quality of life for the longest possible amount of time.

Dr. Frick seeks to isolate where communication has been cut within the animal, remedy that and thus restore life.

Pam Roussell of Purrrfectly Holistic

Since a very young child Pam has always felt a special connection to cats. Besides sharing her life with cats throughout the years, her passion for fitness led to a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Marketing from the University of Houston. She has spent over 35 years in the fitness industry in various roles as a fitness professional. When a foot injury that wouldnt heal led her to seek alternative, holistic and natural medicine back in 2005, it began a new journey of discovery and learning about holistic health ever since. She began applying what she learned with her own cats, getting amazing results. In late 2014, her cat Snowbear died unexpectedly shortly after receiving a round of vaccines required for boarding, and that inspired her to start her company Purrrfectly Holistic. She writes a blog about various cat topics, offers various services for cats, hosts a monthly radio show and operates an e-commerce store dedicated entirely to cats. Her mission as a holistic health coach for cats is to educate and help cat owners provide the very best in holistic health for their cat. As a board certified holistic health practitioner, Pam has taken numerous courses in holistic health for animals, muscle testing, animal communication, Reiki, and Mind Body Spirit Release. She is a full time servant to two kitties, Gunner, and Aylen.
